Have not been able to reach Customer Service, 4 email attempts since 12/22

I have a Hybrid Trainer [personal use] that I use every 2 days. It was given to me as a new gift from my daughter. I do enjoy it, however one of the bands has lost its elasticity and I need to get it replaced. I have emailed the company 4 times since 12/22 as there is not a phone # that I can call. A "Cristen" replied to my first email and asked for my order # and I explained that I do not have one , as it was a gift. I did not get another reply from the company despite 3 additional emails from me to Myokore.
Why am I being ignored or is the company no longer in business?
This is my final attempt to reach Myokore for customer service.

My next steps if no response continues, is to submit my review to Amazon and others that should be made aware of my experience.
