I have enjoyed using these bands for my workouts. However, I had a band break in May of this year and it was out of stock online. I messaged customer service through their site and no response after a week. I then sent an email and still no response. I DM'd them through IG a month later and they apologized stating they had issues with their email server. They said they would check on the light band, send one out to me as an apology, keep me updated and even acknowledged the poor customer service! However, they never asked me for my contact info to send the band and I have yet to receive an update even after sending a follow up DM 4 days later on IG! This is absolutely unacceptable customer service and am thoroughly disappointed.
I love the bands but they break all the time!! No phone number to call. I ordered more replacement bands on March 7 (probably ordered 50 by now) and they are still not shipped!! I paid for them!! I’ve sent many emails with zero response. So frustrating. At least give me an update. Terrible customer service.
I’ve never ever gotten any of my items or updates on them they’ve been sitting in Vernon at the ups warehouse when tracked and I’ve emailed and direct messaged and gotten no reply from anyone on anything , also on ambassador program lol
ALL have snapped during simple walking lunges. I can’t.
Great but break easily.
