Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip in your MYOKORE trainer to V-ring 1. Lean at 45 degrees while standing with feet beyond shoulder width apart with toes at a 45 degree angle. Your arms should be extended and core and back straight. From this resting position, lower your body into a squat position, until thighs become parallel with the ground. Squat upwards, to the original resting position with knees flared out as wide as possible.
