Vertical Twist

Position the MYOKORE Trainer straps approximately one foot apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V ring number 1. Stand at a 45 degree angle or an angle consistent with your fitness level and with arms fully extended and gripped together on a single strap. From this resting position, your feet should remain planted, swing your hands to the left while keeping your arms straight, body vertically aligned, and core engaged.
