V up Situps

Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately 6 inches apart. Clip the MYOKORE Trainer into V-Ring 2. While sitting down, legs extended, place both feet in the foot holds so that your heels rest at the bottom of the cradles. Lie on your back with legs fully extended and hands above head. From this resting position, execute a sit up while keeping your core engaged and your legs straight.
