Position the MYOKORE trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip in the bungee configuration consistent with your fitness level. Walk the bungees out, arms 90 degrees with elbows tucked in tight, so that there is constant tension on the straps at all times. Lean forward in an athletic position at 45 degrees, palms out, with one foot forward, knees flexed, chest out, and back straight. From this resting position, extend the arms using your triceps by bending at the elbows. Repeat this while maintaining good posture and keeping the elbows tucked in tight.
