Suspended Walking Plank

Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring number 2. Place your feet in foot cradles, keeping your back straight in a plank position. From this resting position, move your body forward and backward by walking your hands as far as possible or approximately three feet in each direction. Maintain a straight back and engaged core; and repeat.
