Suspended Single Leg Lunge with Knee Raise

Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V ring number 2. Stand upright with arms at a resting position and with one foot placed in the foot cradle. From this resting position, lunge downward, one foot should remain planted on the ground and enter into a lunge, with the foot in the cradle extending backward, then come out of the lunge and raise your knee waist high. Execute similar lunges in the same fashion alternating each leg.
