Suspended Single Leg Burpee

In this exercise, you will use one strap of the MYOKORE Trainer. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring number 2. Insert one foot into the foot cradle with the knee bent at approximately 45 degrees. Stand facing forward, with your other leg planted and slightly flexed. From this resting position, bend at the hips and enter into a pushup where both feet are suspended from the ground. Execute a pushup and immediately bring the free leg back to the ground. Lunge upward into a slight single leg jump; repeat.
