Suspended Rotational Crunch

Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring number 2. Place feet in foot cradles, walk your hands into a plank position, keeping your back straight. From this resting position, keeping knees together, swivel knees from side to side to each elbow in an alternating fashion. As you swivel, allow hips to rotate and maintain good posture.
