Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V ring number 2. Stand upright with arms at a resting position and with one foot placed in the foot cradle. From your resting position, lunge downward, one foot should remain planted on the ground and enter into a lunge, with the foot in the cradle extending backward come out of the lunge. Execute similar lunges in the same fashion alternating each leg. For added stability hold onto the strap not being used.
