Suspended Pushup

Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring number 2. Place your feet in foot cradles, keeping your back straight in a plank position. From this resting position, lower your body, hovering just above the ground, keeping your back straight and eyes looking up.
