This exercise will require the MYOKORE trainer and dumbbells. Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring 2. Enter into a pushup position with back straight and hands in place gripping the dumb bells. From this resting position, bring your knees to your chest and then extend back out. Perform a single arm back row, one arm at a time, while maintaining core balance. After each row, lower the dumb bell back to the ground so that you are in the pushup position. Repeat this movement.
