Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip in your MYOKORE trainer to the grip v-ring. Place both hands on the grips, while standing directly underneath the trainer. From this resting position, hop upward and swing your legs to the air so that your body flips over through the trainer until your feet touch the ground. Quickly spring from the floor into a reverse flip through the trainer.
