Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring number 2. Position yourself on your knees, facing away from the door, with palms facing out and arms fully extended. From this resting position, lean forward to 45 degrees while bending the elbows to 90 degrees and rotating palms inward as you lean forward. Come out of the position by using your triceps and rotating your wrists back outward and returning your body to the resting position; and repeat.
