Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring 2. Stand directly beneath the mount with both hands on the grip, body straight, feet planted on the ground, arms facing downward and chest forward. From this resting position, allow the arms to rise above the head while remaining straight which will result in the body leaning forward. Use the upper body and core to bring the body back to resting position, with your hands positioned by your waist.
