Straight Leg Side Kick

Clip in the bungee configuration consistent with your fitness level. You will be using one strap in this exercise. Position your body on your hands and knees and put one foot in the foot cradle, alternate leg should rest underneath you at a 90 degree angle. Walk hands out from the mount so there is tension in the bungee and leg in the cradle is fully extended. From this resting position, swing the cradled leg to the side of the body parallel to the ground, while keeping your legs straight. Swing the leg as far as possible towards the waste while maintaining a straight back and a stationary body.
