Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring number 1. Stand at a slight angle, arms forward, elbows slightly flexed, keeping your back straight and chest out. From this resting position, slowly lower your body into a deep squat. Quickly leap from the ground into the air out of the squat. Upon landing, maintain proper posture and repeat.
