Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring number 1. Lean back 45 degrees, arms straight, back straight, and chest out. From this resting position, begin a squat. At the lowest point of the squat, use your legs to press out of the squat while simultaneously raising your arms above your head, keeping them straight. Repeat this movement and return to a squat while allowing arms to move straight out in front of chest.
