Single Leg Incline Push Up

In this exercise, you will be using one strap of your MYOKORE trainer. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring number 2. Place one foot into the foot cradle, and walk yourself up into a 30 degree declined angle from the ground with feet raised in the air. In this position, one foot will remain in the cradle while the other will rest adjacent. From this resting position, enter into a pushup with back and legs straight.
