Single Arm Body Row

In this exercise, grab one strap of the MYOKORE Trainer. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring number 2. Stand at a 45 degree angle, facing the mounting point with palm facing inward. Place the resting arm on your hip. From this resting position, pull your body upward while maintaining a straight back, with elbow tucked at your side.
