Side Elbow Plank

Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE trainer into V-ring 2. Place legs in the foot cradles while positioning your body in a side plank position. One arm will rest on the ground with the elbow at ninety degrees and the other in the air straight above your head. Hold this position while maintaining a straight back and core fully engaged.
