Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring number 2. Place your feet in foot cradles, keeping your back straight in a plank position. From this resting position, open your legs by spreading your feet as far as possible, while maintaining the plank position with a straight back and straight legs. Return your feet back together in a controlled manner; and repeat.
