Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring number 2. Lean forward 45 degrees, elbows bent at 90 degrees with the straps between the arms and body with the elbows tucked in tight. From this resting position, begin a run, alternating legs with knees as high as possible. Be sure to maintain good posture with back straight and elbows remaining at side.
