Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring letter B or grip v-ring, depending on height. Place your arms in cradles, so that your elbows or upper arm rest comfortably. From this resting position, lift your knees forward with feet together to the chest. Attempt to keep your body from rocking so that you’re fully engaging your core.
