Pull Ups Michael (back)

Position the MYOKORE Trainer 6-12 inches beyond shoulder width. Clip your MYOKORE trainer into V-ring letter B or the grip V-Ring based on your height. Grab both grips with arms fully extended. From this resting position, begin a pull-up by lifting your body upward. Repeat this movement from full arm extension, by lifting your eyes, just above the handle grip level.
