Plyometic Pushup

Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE trainer into V-ring 3. Grab both grips with arms fully extended and in pushup position facing away from the mount.  From this resting position, execute a pushup and at the lowest point, quickly explode by pushing the body upwards and hopping from your feet while maintaining a straight back. Repeat this movement.
