Plank with Hip Swing

Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer into V-ring 2. Place both feet in the foot cradles and walk your hands out to a plank position, with your back straight. From this resting position, swing your legs from side to side allowing your hips to open with each swing, while holding your upper body stationary.
