Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring number 1. Stand in athletic position, arms and knees flexed, chest out, and back straight. From this resting position, jump from side to side on one leg with the opposite leg swinging behind you.
