Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately 6 inches apart. Clip in your MYOKORE trainer to V-ring 2. Facing away from the mount, insert one leg into the foot cradle with toes facing down. While keeping your back straight and in pushup position, bring your free knee into your stomach. From this resting position, swivel the knee, first towards the inside of the body as far as possible. Then quickly rotate at the hips, raising your knee to the opposite side of the body as high as possible under the body. Repeat.
