Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip in your MYOKORE trainer to V-Ring number 3. Insert one leg into the foot cradle, while using the alternate arm to hold the second strap. Enter into a suspended pushup position with feet together and back straight while maintaining balance. From this resting position, execute one pushup. At the top of the pushup, bring your knees towards your chest, with feet together and extend legs back to their resting position. Repeat this movement, while maintaining a straight back with core engaged.
