Hanging Knees to Elbows

Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip the MYOKORE trainer into the grip V-ring. Grab both handles and stand directly under the trainer. From this resting position, swing your feet together in the air above the handle grips while allowing your head to move downward so that your back is parallel to the ground. Repeat this movement and ensure that you maintain a 90 degree bend in the elbows throughout.
