Forward Lunge with Twist

Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring number 2. Stand at a 45 degree angle or an angle consistent with your fitness level, with arms fully extended up and above your head. From the resting position, together, palms facing forward, arms fully straight, enter into a full lunge and simultaneously twist arms together, alternating sides, and maintaining upright posture when coming out of the lunge.
