Place the MYOKORE Trainer shoulder width apart with the bungee configuration, using only one trainer strap, insert one leg, so that your foot is situated in the foot cradle with toes pointed down. Walk yourself away from the mount on your hands and knees, with the engaged leg fully extended and a slight tension on the bungee. Keep your head forward and back straight. From this resting position, bring your leg forward in a circular fashion, allowing your hips to open, so you have full hip rotation. Your knee will then move underneath the body and back into resting position.
