Forward Hip Circles

Place the MYOKORE Trainer shoulder width apart. Clip into the bungee configuration consistent with your fitness level, using only one trainer strap. Insert one leg, so that your foot is situated in the foot cradle with toes pointed down.  Walk yourself away from the mount on your hands and knees, with the engaged leg fully extended and a slight tension on the bungee.  Keep your head forward and back straight. From this resting position, bring your knee forward underneath the body. Then allow the knee to swing outward in a circular fashion so the knees will open. Return the foot so the leg is completely straight and in resting position.
