Clip your MYOKORE trainer into V-ring 2. Using one strap, stand perpendicular from the mount and grip the handle with both hands at your chest. Lean at a 45 degree angle, while placing one foot in front of the other. From this resting position, push the strap directly away from the body with arms fully extended outward, and then bring back to the chest.
