Close Grip Pull to Twist

Clip your MYOKORE trainer into V-ring 2. Grip one strap with both hands, leaning at a 45 degree angle away from the mount, keeping back straight and feet planted together. From this resting position, pull your body upward so that your hands move toward your chest and simultaneously fully extending to the side of your body. Reverse this movement while keeping your back straight and core engaged.
