Clip in the bungee configuration consistent with your fitness level. In this position grab one of the MYOKORE Trainer straps with both arms. Walk this strap away from the mounting point, facing perpendicular from the mounting point until the bungee is extended one and a half times its original length, so that there is constant tension on the straps at all times. Stand in an athletic position with knees flexed, core tight. Keep your back straight and chest out. From this resting position, extend arms from chest and back in a slow and controlled fashion; and repeat.
