Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip the MYOKORE trainer to v-ring 1. Face mount and put hands on both straps. Stand at 45 degree angle with elbows flexed out at the side of your body fixed at 90 degrees, with your hands facing forward toward the mount. From this resting position, rotate both hands above the head while keeping the elbows stationary to the side of your body and bent at 90 degrees. Once your body is fully lifted, lower the body in the same reverse movement, maintaining the same form.
