Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately 6 inches apart. Clip in the bungee configuration consistent with your fitness level. While sitting down, legs extended, place both feet in the foot cradles. Lie on your back, with hands behind your head, so your legs are fully extended with a slight tension in the bungees. From this resting position, execute a crunch by bringing both knees to your chest while crunching your upper body so your knees touch your elbows and keeping your core engaged.
