Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring number 2. Place your feet into the foot cradles, walk your elbows out into a plank position. From this resting position, shift your body back towards the mounting point, and then shift forward in a saw motion. As you move forward, come forward and press into a pushup position; repeat this movement by lowering your body slowly to the elbows and repeating the saw motion.
