Body Pull

Clip both trainer straps to one single mount. Clip one MYOKORE trainer strap to V-ring letter B and the other strap to V-Ring 1. Place one foot in the lowest foot cradle, and hold on to the grip of the other strap with both hands. Raise the opposite leg to remain parallel with the cradled leg. From this resting position, execute a pull up while keeping legs straight and slightly flexed at the knee.
