Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring number 3. Starting on your knees and in the pushup position, insert both feet into the foot cradles. Lift your body into a plank position and walk your hands forward approximately twelve inches. Begin the exercise with your weight supported on your hands. From this starting position, bring your knees to your chest, while raising your hips, then extend your legs back into a plank position, and execute one pushup. Repeat this combined movement.
