Position the MYOKORE Trainer approximately shoulder width apart. Clip your MYOKORE Trainer to V Ring number 2. Place your feet in foot cradles, slowly walk hands back so your body is in a 60 degree angle from the ground, with back straight. From this resting position, enter into an inclined overhead press. Maintain proper form while lowering your body to the ground with your elbows at 90 degrees.
