The 30 Day Body By MYOKORE Challenge is a program for people of all fitness levels. It’s going to test your cardio, core, and muscle building. All you need for this challenge is the suspension portion of your MYOKORE Trainer! Each day will involve cardio as well as a workout on your MYOKORE Trainer focused on either upper body, lower body, or core. The Body By MYOKORE Challenge is designed to strip the fat away from your body as you build lean muscle. We will provide an exercise and diet guide for you to follow along with each day as well as tips and inspiration to keep you motivated!
