“At the end of the 30 Day Body By MYOKORE Challenge I definitely felt stronger and I had a much easier time sticking to the workouts. I got up each morning and not only worked out but felt obligated by my own drive. At night, I desired the workout because I wanted the physical results.
The hardest part for me was the meals. I have a hard time not eating what I want. Starting in week 4 I started to really watch what I was eating. It has since carried over into my normal day to day life. I haven’t continued the workouts twice daily but I have definitely worked out at least 5 times a week.
The MYOKORE Trainer most definitely made it easier to work out. By the 2nd week I thoroughly enjoyed the workouts.
I feel more set up for success to pursue a healthier lifestyle. I feel great and I feel stronger. I thoroughly enjoyed the MYOKORE Challenge and will most definitely continue to work out.”
